Terms of Service

Please, read carefully.

1. Commitment.✶ Each form/order will be reviewed and must comply with my Terms of Service.
✶ The client will provide all necessary information and requirements in advance, including visual references or any other material before work begins.
✶ The client grants the artist non-exclusive rights to observe and replicate their character design, reference material, or any other intellectual property for use in the work.
✶ The client ensures to the artist that any reference provided is obtained legally and with authorized use.
✶ The customer guarantees that it has the authority to enter into this contract and that it is solely responsible for decisions and approvals during the process.
✶ The artist may use commercially licensed, copyright-free materials, educational materials, and tools.
✶ Customer agrees not to use Artist's work in any NFT and AI media.
✶ The artist has the right to refuse a work based on its content, subject matter or other reasons.
✶ The artist decides the scope of their work, price, delivery and other project details in a proposal at the artist's discretion, which may include private messages via Twitter/X, Discord or Email.
✶ Details must be agreed with the client before work begins.2. Payment.✶ Payments are made at 50%/50% (Ex. A $100 illustration is made at $50 before the illustration starts and $50 at the end). Excludes VGen.
✶ The currently accepted payment methods are PayPal, via VGen, PIX and Boleto (these are exclusive to Brazilians).
✶ Invoices, payment links, proposals and other details will be sent to the client after the work has been approved by the client.
✶ The customer must confirm that payment has been made to the artist, otherwise the commission will be cancelled.
✶ Customers should not submit payment until the Artist requests payment.
✶ Invoices must be paid within 72 hours or the project may be cancelled.
✶ Prices are in US dollars for foreign customers and/or those who do not have a bank account in Brazil and/or is a Brazilian living abroad.
✶ Prices in Reais (R$) are exclusive to Brazilians who live in Brazil with a Brazilian bank account.
✶ Any additional fees will be charged in the customer's currency.
✶ Customer agrees that the refund policy will be followed.3. Cancellations and Refunds.✶ Partial Refunds
If the client cancels the commission within two days after the first sketch is presented, they will receive a 50% refund of the total commission amount.
Cancellations after this period are not eligible for a refund, except in special circumstances (such as unforeseen issues).✶ Artist-Initiated Cancellations
In cases where I am unable to complete the commission, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid so far.
In cases of force majeure, such as health issues or technical difficulties that prevent the artist from completing the commission on time, the client will be notified, and both parties may negotiate a new deadline or, if necessary, opt for cancellation with a proportional refund.✶ Non-Refundable Conditions
No refunds will be issued if the client has approved all stages and the final work has been delivered.
The client agrees not to request refunds once the final transaction is completed, especially for commissions delivered as per agreed requirements.✶ Exceptions and Special Agreements
Exceptional situations, such as cancellations requested after 50% of the work is completed or personal issues, will be handled through open communication between the client and the artist to reach a fair solution.4. Deadlines and Process.✶ The expected work time can be from a minimum of 2 weeks to 6 months (Estimated time), depending on the remaining works in the queue and their complexity, the artist will inform the customer of the waiting time.
✶ The artist will voluntarily provide all illustration updates to the client.
✶ The client is responsible for reviewing and approving each stage of the process before the next stage begins. If feedback is not provided promptly, the project may be paused until the necessary feedback is received.
✶ The customer can request work in progress (WIPs) at any stage of the process, as long as they avoid requesting multiple times.
✶ Illustrations with quick completion will not be accepted, and illustrations with a deadline must be negotiable (additional fees may apply).
✶ Work will be done in order in the queue as requests are accepted.
✶ The files will be delivered via Google Drive, and can be made in .PSD, .PNG, .SVG, .JPG, etc.5. Content restrictions.✶ The artist will not create explicit, offensive or inappropriate content.
✶ Specific restrictions include: gore, background with no character, explicit adult content, realistic, other artists' styles.
✶ Nudity is negotiable.6. Values.✶ Prices for works offered by the Artist are changeable/relative depending on project specifications, such as, but not limited to: digital and merchandise commercial use, revisions, deadlines, types of illustrations, complexity, additions, etc.7. Revisions, Changes, Limit.✶ Only three (3) general revisions are permitted during the draft period at no additional cost.
✶ After lineart, only minor revisions will be allowed, such as colors and small errors.
✶ Any additional changes requested beyond the specified revision limit will be subject to an additional fee, which will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before proceeding.
✶ Errors made by the artist (whatever they may be) will be corrected at no additional cost.
✶ Revisions and changes may affect progress and wait times.
✶ Clients will not be able to edit the final work unless specified in advance in the order or with the artist's approval.
✶ The client can only order one work at a time (if the client wants 3 projects, the artist will do one at a time.) (Negotiable)8. Communication.✶ Communication should occur throughout the project, including the idea, process, updates, etc.
✶ (Optional) Book the day and time you prefer to chat about your project, clicking on the "Book a Chat" button - Contact (Recommended).
✶ Means of communication include Twitter/X, Discord or Email.
✶ If the client does not maintain contact for a prolonged period, the work may be cancelled.9. Rights of use.✶ The artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property, which includes but is not limited to displaying, advertising the work or progress of the work on: websites, social media, portfolios, streaming channels and more, except when some or all rights are transferred to the customer by agreement or design specifications.
✶ If the client wishes to cancel the order, but the sketch has already been started, the artist has the right to use his pose, composition, idea, for any purpose.
✶ Personal use commissions are fee-free and can be used for profile photos, gifts for friends, personal social media posts, and more as long as they are not profitable.
✶ Digital commercial use fees are 30-50% of the total commission price and are suitable for any digital commercial use such as, but not limited to: promotional art, art for commercials or videos, album covers, comics and novels, sprites games, CG's, concepts, loading screens, etc.
✶ The commercial use of the merchandise is 80-100% of the total commission value, being suitable for works transformed into physical merchandise, such as, but not limited to: Cushions, keychains, mugs, posters, t-shirts, etc.
✶ If requested by the client, the artist may provide an assignment of copyright by agreement.10. Confidentiality.✶ The artist and the client agree that the information and materials offered to each party, including, but not limited to: personal information, technical information, marketing plans, payment information or confidential commercial information, outside the development of the work, which are visible to the public, will be considered confidential information and will not be disclosed to third parties without the written permission of the customer/owner of this information.
✶ The client may request that the project remains private for an additional period of up to 6 months after completion.
✶ Work that must be private permanently may be subject to a fee.
✶ The client's social networks will not be published without the artist's authorization.11. Acceptance.✶ The customer is over 18 years of age and is legally capable of entering into a contract or has a legal guardian who can enter into such a contract on their behalf.
✶ The contract date is dated according to the first transaction.
✶ When the client confirms the work with the artist, the client will automatically agree to the terms of service._{Note: Agencies, companies and other organizations should contact the Artist to discuss this contract in more detail.}

I’m a 19-year-old freelance illustrator from Brazil, dedicated to bringing people’s unique ideas to life. For the past 4 years, I’ve helped transform visions into art, whether through character design, illustrations, or creative support.In 2022, I discovered the VTuber community and fell in love with its passion for creativity. When I’m not drawing, I enjoy learning math, Digimon, and playing tabletop RPGs with friends.
